Excellence Party: Outdoor meets Objekt

On top of this, you can enjoy a unique evening at our get-together entitled “Excellence Party: Outdoor meets Objekt” on the Sunday of the trade fair, 5th September 2010.

The design magazine “arcade” of the Ferdinand Holzmann Verlag is hosting a top-class event in cooperation with Koelnmesse in the excellence lounge in Hall 2.2. From 6 p.m., manufacturers and distributors are warmly invited to relax and exchange ideas over snacks, chilled Kölsch and live music.

The highlight of the event will be the expert talk with designer Michael Koenig at 6.30 p.m. In a fascinating presentation on the subject of contract business, he will give an impressive explanation of how outdoor furniture producers can gain a foothold in this segment and why they need to be open to new ways of thinking in order to be successful.

Additional representatives of the design scene, such as Markus Gogolin from Designspotter and several members of the KölnDesign e.V. network, have also announced their plans to attend.
