IVG sector meeting at trade fair Monday with Wladimir Kaminer

On the occasion of spoga+gafa 2011, the German Garden Industry Association (IVG) will present the first IVG "Garden Facts" yearbook with sector data, market analyses and information on consumer trends during the garden sector meeting on Monday, September 5th 2011 starting 7 p.m. in the Rheinsaal.

The first issue with over 150 pages is dedicated to the trend subject "outdoor living", on which experts from leading industry companies, market and trend researchers, journalists and trade fair representatives from the garden industry will express their opinions.

The IVG yearbook2011 was created in partnership with IBH Retail Experts and is available at the sector meeting in the Rheinsaal at Koelnmesse at a trade fair price of €50 instead of €89. As an entertaining introduction to the "outdoor living" subject, Wladimir Kaminer, a bestselling Russian author and good observer of his own novels, will talk about his book "My Life in the Allotment" and about one of the important core target groups of the garden sector. "In partnership with Koelnmesse we want to offer visitors a relaxed setting for good discussions and networking," said Johannes Welsch, CEO of the IVG. As in past years, numerous participants from industry, trade and associated areas are expected.
