Important information about accreditation

The technical facilities of the Press Centre, along with the services provided on site, particularly personal computers, fax machines, etc., are provided exclusively for the purpose of reporting about the trade fair, for which the journalist has been accredited.

The Koelnmesse department of Corporate Communications and PR reserves the right to request documentary evidence of such reporting. Abuse can result in the journalist being excluded from use of the service.

Koelnmesse additionally reserves the right to

* revoke the accreditation of the journalist in question for the trade fair in individual cases.

* request up-to-date proof of work in the journalistic field by means of an editorial certificate, authored articles, etc., in individual cases. If such documents are not produced or do not comply with the accreditation guidelines, Koelnmesse can deny accreditation. There is no entitlement to accreditation.

* to enforce the house rules with all accreditations.
