“Setting Standards for Unforgettable BBQ Nights” 

Barbecue Industry Association Grill e.V. (BIAG) cordially invites you to a champagne breakfast with information event 

Under the motto “Setting Standards for Unforgettable BBQ Nights”, we are celebrating the successful introduction of the revised standard EN 1860 - Appliances, solid fuels and firelighters for barbecues, which came into force on 01.01.2025. 

Four years of intensive work by BIAG and its national and international partners lie behind us - with the aim of raising safety, quality and enjoyment when barbecuing to a new level. 

Our association members, DIN Certco GmbH and Ruhr Lab GmbH, who will award certifications in accordance with this standard in future, will provide exciting insights into the new requirements and opportunities for the industry at the event.
