The event
Manufacturers offer a wide range of concepts for various product groups. However, they are usually orientated towards their own product range. For me as a specialist retailer, the question therefore arises: How can I develop coherent, credible and authentic POS presentations from this diversity - and from the various departments of my store - and implement them on the sales floor?
It is equally important to clarify internal responsibilities: Who in the company is responsible for planning, designing and maintaining the sales areas? And how can these concepts be credibly communicated beyond the brick-and-mortar stores - for example via online channels to reach the relevant target group?
