Even if the title might suggest it: This show is not ‘either or’, but ‘both’ - and really good! Under the motto ‘Surf vs. Turf’, Christina Becher and Jelena Lozo show you how varied cooking in the outdoor kitchen can be - with two courses that are prepared independently of each other and yet perfectly demonstrate what the grill, plancha and hob are capable of.
Christina Becher takes on the ‘Turf’ part with a sophisticatedly seasoned meat dish with an Asian twist and refined flavours. Jelena Lozo takes care of the ‘Surf’ moment and brings maritime flair to the plate in the other corner of the outdoor kitchen. It's not about a duel, but about showing what you need to pay particular attention to with fish and meat - and how well both can still be prepared in your outdoor kitchen.
