In this fire-fuelled demo, Jack will show you three bold and brilliant ways to cook this iconic cut — roasted whole, churrasco-style on a spit, and sliced into steaks for fast, flame-licked grilling.
Each method brings out something unique in the picanha, from juicy slow-roast richness to smoky, charred intensity. To finish, Jack serves the steak with his signature fire-roasted chimichurri — a punchy, herb-packed sauce with Jack’s unique flare.
