spoga+gafa 365: Brings people and products together all year round.

Use our digital matchmaking platform to present your products and your company digitally all year round in the future and thus make new customer contacts before, during and after the trade fair. Exhibitors have this service included in their marketing package.

However, non-exhibitors can also benefit from the advantages of spoga+gafa365. Simply subscribe here to the virtual company showroom as a separate service.

How it works

Anyone who has created a Koelnmesse customer account can log in to spoga+gafa365 using their personal access data (e-mail address and password). You can find the platform access on the spoga+gafa website or here. If you do not yet have a Koelnmesse account, first register free of charge and with just a few clicks.

In the onboarding process, specify your preferences and interests within the industry. The more detailed the information you provide, the more precise the recommendations that the AI-controlled matchmaking system will make for you. You can also edit your personal user profile afterwards and limit your availability for appointments.

Important: If you are the main contact person of your company for Koelnmesse (i.e. you have submitted the exhibitor application to Koelnmesse or have taken out the digital subscription for your company), you are also responsible for activating your company team on the matchmaking platform spoga+gafa365. Only after this activation step does a simple company entry become a real virtual showroom. Only then can your company link further employees, enter products and other content, collect digital leads and be contacted by users.

How to activate your virtual company showroom at spoga+gafa365:

As your company's main contact, you must log in to spoga+gafa 365 using the personal access data of your Koelnmesse account. Important: You should log in with the same e-mail address that you provided when you registered as an exhibitor (or took out the digital subscription). This way, the platform recognizes you when you log in and grants you authorization to activate the company team.

After your first login, you will automatically start the onboarding at spoga+gafa365, where information about yourself will be requested. In the course of onboarding, you will also activate the company team, provided you leave the setting "Activate company team" unchanged.

After onboarding, you will see the area "My Team" in the upper right corner. This will take you to the Back Office of your virtual company showroom. In the Back Office you manage the team calendar, leads, company chat, contacts, team members, product profiles and other content of the showroom. This area is only visible to company team members.

4.

Initially, only you can be found under "Team Members", which means that only you can see and edit the "My Team" area. Here you can invite other employees, for example from the sales department, who are in contact with customers all year round and should therefore be visibly linked to the company. The prerequisite is that these persons have already registered as users on spoga+gafa365.
