I started blogging, social media and organising private dinner events 7 years ago out of my enthusiasm for cooking and good food. Several years and a few career steps later, this hobby has now turned into a genuine self-employment - something I am grateful for every day!
As a content creator in the broadest sense, I develop recipes for myself and clients, cook at home and on the go at events, trade fairs or even on TV with trembling knees; I take photos, film, write texts and, above all, continue to dedicate myself to the most beautiful thing in the world: conscious enjoyment!
As a self-confessed autodidact who actually studied medieval history, my curiosity in this regard knows (literally) no bounds: From the Croatian soul food of my childhood to Michelin-starred cuisine, I want to look into every pot and try my hand at cooking. Whether it is an Eifel wild boar that I get to carve up with the chef, a pasta workshop with a Sicilian tiler in Cologne's southern city centre or the grape harvest on the steep slopes of the Middle Moselle.
