About Marco Greulich
Marco Greulich, born 24.03.1976
I gained my first professional barbecue experience at the end of the 90s. In 2006 we founded our barbecue team, which has led to the following successes, among others:
- World Barbecue Champion WBQA 2008-2011
- Vice world barbecue champion WBQA 2011-2013
- German barbecue champion 2007, 2008 and 2009
- German runner-up barbecue champion 2010
- Best German barbecue team 2011
- Winner “Homeland Cooking” at the Jack Daniels Invitational BBQ in Lynchburg, TN 2009
As a founding member and product developer, I have established the brands “Don Marco's Barbecue” and “Rock'n'Rubs” throughout Europe since 2009 and thus shaped the scene.
In 2024, I was the first person to be inducted into the “German BBQ Hall of Fame”.
