The garden lifestyle, outdoor and BBQ market is developing dynamically and with it consumer behaviour and the demands placed in trade fairs. Together with the industry, spoga+gafa is responding with a revised concept that redefines the structure, themes, visitor guidance and trade fair experience.

From 2026 onwards, spoga+gafa will present itself with a newly aligned theme concept that optimises the segmentation of product offerings, providing exhibiting companies with clear orientation and access to suitable target groups. The newly defined theme worlds create clarity, strengthen the visibility of each brand and structure the trade fair according to the interests of trade visitors.

The established areas of Living (Decoration & Furniture) , Creation&Care and BBQ will be further developed in terms of their placement and layout and supplemented with new formats and theme worlds. These include Outdoor Adventure, Object.Europe, Flavour Market and the Garden Sourcing Hub. Together, they form a clearly structured overall picture that strengthens spoga+gafa as an inspiration platform for international trade and offers exhibitors optimal presentation conditions.

Outdoor Adventure

spoga+gafa is addressing one of the most important current megatrends with its Outdoor Adventure section. The focus here lies on the experience right on one's doorstep - outdoor activities that combine nature, exercise and lifestyle in one's immediate environment. The emotionally staged Outdoor Lifestyle, Micro Adventure and Garden & Leisure sections offer an authentic, experience-oriented stage for your products and brands. Companies like Petromax already demonstrated the huge potential of this segment in past years. In 2026, Outdoor Adventure is being allocated an own hall (Hall 7) for the first time and will thus become the central meeting point for companies that combine outdoor activities with a modern lifestyle.

Object.Europe spoga+gafa

Object.Europe - 100% design. 100% selected.

In the scope of Object.Europe, a curated format is being created within the Living theme world at spoga+gafa 2026 that presents high-end European outdoor design. Object.Europe brings together selected brands that stand for excellent design, quality craftsmanship and European (partial) production. The aim is to strengthen the visibility of European outdoor design among trade visitors from the retail trade and from the architecture, project business and HoReCa sectors.

The exhibition is curated by Angelika Müller, Editor and Publishing Director of the premium magazine, H.O.M.E., together with her international team - an independent selection that guarantees stylistic consistency and a high-class exhibitor environment.

BBQ spoga+gafa

BBQ & Flavour Market

From 2026 onwards, spoga+gafa is compactly consolidating the entire BBQ theme area with the new Flavour Market in Hall 8. The consolidation into a central theme hall creates an even more intensive trade fair experience: Innovation, order business, networking, live shows and an authentic BBQ feeling condensed into one hall.

Every two years, spoga+gafa expands the BBQ Hall to include the Flavour Market - an experiential area focusing on enjoyment and taste. Among others the emphasis lies on grilled food, spices, marinades, sauces and beverages that round off the interplay between BBQ culture and culinary arts perfectly. This creates an environment that opens up cross-selling potential for the trade, addresses new target groups, generates media attention and makes culinary trends tangible.

Garden Sourcing Hub

The Garden Sourcing Hub is spoga+gafa's response to the market's desire to unite Asiatic manufacturers and suppliers with high-volume offerings at the fair grounds. As of 2026, the Garden Sourcing Hub will therefore unite a wide spectrum of high-volume products, attractively priced offers and individual OEM solutions in Halls 4.1, 11.1 and 11.2. Exhibitors can meet up here with a target group that has a concrete interest in sourcing cooperations and long-term business relations.

Products will be presented in real-life application situations in experience-oriented theme worlds like the BBQ Hall with its show kitchen and the Flavour Markets as well as in the Outdoor Adventure Hall - where the visitors can touch, try out and experience them.
