Composting clippings and kitchen waste is also sustainable. The nutritious compost can be used for seeds, cuttings and young plants to support their faster growth. Large and small models of practical composters are available for this purpose today. Their production from regrowing raw materials or recycled plastic ensures "green" cycles. Plant pots or propagator trays are increasingly made from recycled materials.
As a place of relaxation and regeneration, the garden offers a place of retreat away from the daily grind and everyday stress.
