Lecture Programme

A new concept hads been developed for the lecture programme of spoga gafa+2025, which involved the programme being staged in different locations of the fair grounds - each with individual main thematical focuses.

As usual, the agenda here included live BBQ shows with well-known BBQ professionals, master butchers, meat sommeliers and experts. In addition, there was a daily lecture on the current BBQ trends with a subsequent Guided Tour through Halls 7 and 8 as well as industry-specific lectures for the BBQ scene.

Integrated into the garden unique Bistro, a new lecture stage was introduced in Hall 10.2, where impulse lectures on current furniture and decoration trends as well as on the top theme Design Gardens were held. Each was followed by a Guided Tour on the respective focal theme.

A new lecture area, the Green Stage, has been created on Boulevard Nord, integrating the juice bar's catering area. Here, visitors could enjoy a varied programme of events every day, including keynotes on the main theme of Design Gardens, panel discussions and expert lectures on garden design, retail and point of sale.
