The 2024 prefabricated greenhouse is designed with the latest patented technology developed from PREMIUM DESIGN INC.'s more than 10 years of greenhouse manufacturing experience, and features a sturdy construction that is safe for strong winds and heavy snow.
This is a very sturdy greenhouse that can be install on the beach, in an open field, in a valley, or on the roof of a building. The sturdy construction allows you to add heavy folding doors, casement windows, retractable insect screens, and retractable shade screen.
Due to its special structure, which is very easy to install, it only needs half the installation time compared to traditional products.
Profiles with a thickness of 1.5-3T made of 6063-T6 high-strength aluminum are not deformed under strong external forces. The exterior of the profile is powder coated black to resist fading and is safe against hurricane-force winds and 1 meter of snow. All hardware, including connecting brackets, bolts, nuts, and hinges, are made of rust-resistant SUS-304 stainless steel.
The polycarbonate sheet is 10 mm thick and has a four-layer construction with three air layers, making it highly insulating and resistant to external forces. It has an anti-fog coating to prevent condensation.
The greenhouse has top-of-the-line folding doors that open wide and are very well ventilated. Assembled from rubber seal and windproof mohair, the doors are airtight when closed and completely waterproof. The lever handles on the inside and outside of the door have a built-in locking key for added security. - Doors can be installed on any of the four sides of the greenhouse. - As an option, you can also install additional single swing door.
Double casement windows are airtight and lock perfectly with a lever handle. The tilting arm structure is fixed at the desired angle and each independently opens to 90 degrees, and does not rattle when left open in strong winds.
The greenhouse has an eave height of 2 meters, providing a large interior space.
