About Daniel Schnödt
From childhood, Daniel Schnödt was in the family retail business. After studying business administration, he worked for 10 years in management positions at Karstadt and K&L Ruppert. Area and assortment optimisation or shopfitting were also the cornerstone of his self-employment and the founding of the TeamScio network. The results of his consulting work, development projects for future-oriented retail formats and permanent trend research at home and abroad are also published in various trade journals or are part of top-class retail congresses. Since 20004 he has been working for the German Retail Association as a jury member Store of the Year and is a competent partner with his retail expertise in addition to his work in the Storebook expert advisory board of the dlv. With his 3rd book title "Inszenieren.Verführen.MehrVerkaufen" (Staging.Seduce.Sell More), he has succeeded in becoming a SteadySeller with Deutscher Fachverlag, which is updated and reissued at regular intervals. Since 2018, he has been realising a successful Netzwekrbühne with his high-profile Trendforum-Retail and closing the digital gap between shopfitting, architecture and retail. "The area of tension between data and experience space" is something he has been looking at since 2020 in the successful audio and video PodCast series Trendakademie-Retail.
