"Digitalisation is changing customer behaviour". That is not actually correct! Customer behaviour fundamentally always remains the same. Customers want maximum convenience for the same or lower prices. Garden centres have to recognise which technical trends the customers are accepting and which they will expect in future from the dealers. This lecture demonstrates what practical options there are for garden centres.
